Windows is finalizing your settings taking too long Solved!

Yeah.. sometimes "Windows is finalizing your settings" stuck. You may wanna wait for hours without going no where.

So, how to escape from this moment?

While "Windows is finalizing your settings" in progress, you might press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.

Then type tasklist.

After all the processes appear in the command prompt appear, we only need to search for cmd.exe using what PID. 

At that time I found two cmd.exe functions, so I chose the biggest number.

We already know the PID number for cmd.exe, we just need to turn it off by using command taskkill / pid (PID number cmd.exe). 

For example PID cmd.exe 4208, taskkill/pid 4208.

This method should be skipped by turning off the cmd.exe function and going directly to your desktop.
